Session Times

 
Here’s our rules of play so that everyone can enjoy Adventure Play Town in a safe and happy way. All customers booking a session are accepting the following terms & conditions. 

• While you’re with us, you’re wholly responsible for the children in your care.
  
• You’re required to stay onsite for the duration of your child’s session.

• Adults and Children must wear socks at all times 

• The gated play area is a food free zone, all food or drinks should be consumed in the cafe area.

• As an inclusive venue, we expect kindness, tolerance, and respect for people and property.

• We’ll politely ask you to leave if we feel you’re negatively impacting on somebody else’s experience. Or, if you’re upsetting our team.

• As a new business, we are striving to provide the best service possible. Please inform us if we can make any changes.

• Please tell us if another visitor is stopping you from having a lovely time with us, and we’ll do our best to deal with the situation.

• You need to book your session in advance. This is so we can make sure we don’t exceed capacity limits. It will be to our discretion to allow walk-in

• Once a session has started, we  will be closed to the general public. So, please make sure you arrive in good time.

• All bookings are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your booking, we will need 24 hours notice.

• Any child or adult causing wilful damage will be liable to pay for any damage caused.
